Since I did get the quote with Honda will the insurance company or DMV know I got it on that day?? I do not know if they will honor it since it was a few weeks ago.. I have a $100 detuctible and that is way cheaper than the $1200 but do not know what to tell them when i file the claim.. I am with Mercury and live in California

Rear ended in a three car crash. Who's insurance is liable?

I was rear ended in a 3 car crash, I am the first one. Car 2 hit me first ( I feel 2 impact), then car 3 slightly bump the car 2. The cheapest way to change insurance to a new car whilst keeping current car insured whilst i sell it?

Hi, I am 20 years old and I have just bought a new car. I am trying to find the best and cheapest way to change my current insurance ( with one years no claims) to my new car and then i need to insure my old car whilst I sell it. My current car insurance policy on my car runs out on 15th February 2013 and I have cancelled my renewal. I have received the renewal which is proof of my no claims which will be transferred to my new car. Another question is... can I claim the one years no claims on my new car whilst it still runs out for a week on my old car? I have looked at temporary insurance for my current car but this was almost 400 for 28 days?!?!? If insurance companies want me to do it the legal way, they are not making it very easy! Any advice on the best way around this would be great. I know it's confusing! Thanks, Adam White

Auto insurance question- got a speeding ticket but got off with driving school?

I just recently got new insurance, I didn't know whether or not I should put my speeding ticket on the quote since it was my first one and the cop just told me to just come to court and that they would give me driving school. So I decided to put it on the quote because I don't wanna get pinned for insurance fraud or something, I'm new to this whole insurance thing (just got off my parents) so I played it safe. Now that I have been to court and gotten driving school should I call up the insurance company and let them know what happened? Would it lower my rates if I did that? Or does it even matter? If I can save a few bucks I'll do it, but I don't want to waste my time and theirs. tl;dr----- got a speeding ticket, put it on my insurance quote- got off with driving school- how should I proceed? Does it really even matter since I received the ticket before I was on this current insurance?

Anbody have Good2go auto insurance?

My fiance and I recently found out that our policy has been cancelled (literally had no idea) so we have to find a cheap car insurance fast. Good2go is known for being cheap- but does anybody have it??? Please let me know how you like it- it almost looks a little sketchy lol. If anyone else knows how to get CHEAP car insurance in NJ please speak up! We just had 21st Century. He has a perfect driving record, I have made some mistakes in the past- which is why everything is so high for us. If anyone knows a loophole or anything let me know! Thanks!

Hit and Run insurance help!!?

My car was hit 4/19 and now I want to get it fixed through my insurance. The damages from Honda are about $1200. I think I should file with my insurance since I can't afford it. Since I did get the quote with Honda will the insurance company or DMV know I got it on that day?? I do not know if they will honor it since it was a few weeks ago.. I have a $100 detuctible and that is way cheaper than the $1200 but do not know what to tell them when i file the claim.. I am with Mercury and live in California
